The Collegiate Media Summit is an opportunity for students in Pennsylvania to build their professional networks and explore different aspects of the communication discipline. Students can choose one of three topics offered in our sequential breakout sessions where they'll get to interact with professionals in fields like journalism, public relations and broadcasting.

Our topic panelists are a diverse group comprised of Indiana University of Pennsylvania's (IUP's) notable alumni, including Pulitzer Prize winners, entrepreneurs, media personalities and other accomplished individuals. In addition to breakout sessions, students and staff get to participate in two professional networking events: the CMS career fair and the Career and Professional Development Center's Etiquette Dinner.
